California Leaders Workshop Series – Cohort I

The California Leaders Workshop Series is a highly curated, in-person leadership experience designed for executives, founders, and community leaders shaping California’s future. Cohort I of the Workshop Series will feature The Enneagram for Teams, led by Rick Gibson, MBA, CEC, and will take place in August 2026 at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles. This immersive experience is designed to strengthen leadership self-awareness, improve team effectiveness, and build a shared language for communication, trust, and decision-making under pressure. Workshop Details: - Tuition: $2,000 - Limited capacity - In-person one day experience - Hosted food and beverage throughout the program, followed by a closing reception with fellow participants. - Hot laps at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles Submission of this form is required for consideration. Placement is limited, and selected participants will be invited to a brief conversation prior to confirmation and registration.
